To become an authorized supplier or subcontractor of Systech AV, you must complete an online application form. We will collect the following information:

  • Email address (mandatory) 

  • Phone number (mandatory) 

  • Company name (mandatory) 

  • Company address (mandatory)

Provision of this information is required for those seeking to become authorized suppliers or subcontractors of Systech AV.

2. Other Information We Automatically Collect through Cookies and Other Technologies 

2.1 Website Traffic Information

Safari 

  • Go to ‘Preferences’ → ‘Privacy’. 

  • To block third-party and advertising cookies, select ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’. 

  • To disable all cookies, select ‘Block all cookies.’ 

3. Our Legal Bases for Processing

We collect and process personal information, including sharing it with third parties, only when we have a legal basis for doing so. Our legal bases include:

If you have posted comments or user-generated content on our site, we may not be able to delete it. We are not responsible for removing or editing your public activity or any content resulting from it. Requests that are unreasonably repetitive or technically impractical, or that jeopardize the privacy of others, may be denied.

We retain your personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain personal information after your account has been closed if retention is reasonably necessary to:

11. Children’s Information

Children under 16 are not permitted to use our sites and services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Systech AV Canada may transfer your information to its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, or third-party contractors worldwide. We will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when transferring personal data across borders.

14. EU Privacy Rights

Residents of the European Union have the right to:

  • Object to processing of personal data; 

  • Restrict processing of personal data; 

  • Request transfer of personal data; and 

  • Withdraw consent at any time.
